[NativePlugins] 64-bit windows standalone builds do not include the used dll files
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build the 'OSPTest' scene for x86 Windows standalone
3. Notice everything works fine and 'BUILDNAME_Data' folder has the 'Plugins' directory in it as expected
4. Change the build target to Windows x86_64 and build the game
5. Notice that 'BUILDNAME_Data' does not have the 'Plugins' directory in it and if you try to play the game, 'output_log.txt' throws errors that it can not find the needed dll.
