Native plugin are not found in the Editor when their name includes a dot character
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1174403-AssemblyRegression")
2. Open the repro scene ("Scene")
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Notice the "DllNotFoundException" error in the console
Expected results: The native plugin is found and no exceptions are thrown in the console
Actual results: The native plugin is not found; exceptions are thrown in the console
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0b2, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.6f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.0b1, 2019.3.0a6, 2019.3.0a11
Notes:
1. This issue does not reproduce on builds
2. The issue does not reproduce when the filename does not include dots ('.')
