[Mobile VR][Android] Build and Run fails if Virtual Reality SDK's contain Oculus+Daydream+Cardboard
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project and switch to Android platform
2. Go to Project Settings -> Player -> XR Settings
3. Add Cardboard, Daydream and Oculus to SDK list
4. Build and Run on Android device
Expected result - Build is successful
Actual result - Build fails with error messages: "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
Regression introduced with - 2019.3.0b1
Reproducible with - 2020.1.0a9, 2019.3.0b6, 2019.3.0b1
Not reproducible with - 2019.3.0a12
