[Metal][iOS] dynamic batching on iOS Metal devices causes mesh corruption on Rendertexture blit
Reproduction Steps:
1. Open User's project
2. Select Metal
3. Enable Dynamic batching
4. Build and deploy to iOS device
5. Press "Screen" GUI button
6. Notice that while screen is being captured to Texture in the corner, Screen view gets some distortions
Note: There is user provided screenshots
7. Repeat 5, 6 steps for a few times
Note: Not reproducible with GLES2 and GLES3. Not reproducible with Metal, when dynamic batching is disabled.
Expected behaviour: No distortions on RenderTexture blit.
Actual result: Screen view gets some distortions on RenderTexture blit.
