[Collider] Primitive colliders diverge from meshes under non-uniform scaling too far down hierarchy
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Tank scene
3. Select GameObject in scene
4. Notice that mesh is rendered strangely
5. Unparent GameObject from Cube object
6. Notice that now mesh is rendered correctly
