"mainTemplate.gradle 'compileClasspath' not found" gradle error during build when adding buildscripts
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new project
2. Import the Asset folder sent by the User
3. Build on Android
Expected: build succeeds
Actual: build fails
Reproduced in: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.17f1, 2019.2.21f1, 2019.3.2f1, 2020.1.0a23
