[MacOS] UnityGfxDeviceWorker crash when running the project on MacOS
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached "Project" project
2. Open Build Settings
3. Make sure "Create Xcode project" is enabled
4. Build the project for MacOS
5. Build and run the built Xcode project
6. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0b18, 2023.3.0a13
