[macOS][Mojave] Two UV sets generation fails when Mesh Compression property is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '201824.zip' project
2. Open 'SampleScene' Scene
3. Observe that the GameObjects are blue in the Scene View
4. Select 'mobWith2UVs' asset in the Project Browser
5. Change Mesh Compression to 'High' in the Inspector
6. Apply changes
Expected result: 'mobWith2UVs' GameObject is blue
Actual result: 'mobWith2UVs' GameObject is white
Reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0a1, 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.6f1, 2020.2.0b3

- Not reproducible on Catalina
- Reproducible in player
