[macOS] EditorLoop spikes when VSync is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Download the attached "MacOSPerfTest.zip" project
2. Open the profiler window
3. Enable VSync in the Game view
4. Enter "Play" mode
5. Observe the Profiler window
Expected result: No CPU spikes appear
Actual result: CPU spikes appear
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
