[Mac] Webcam resolution can not be changed
User has a script that switches webcam's resolution (240p, 480p, 720p, 1080p)
How to reproduce:
1. Connect a webcam that supports at least 480p resolution or use an integrated webcam
2. Open user's attached project
3. Play the scene
4. Switch between resolutions in the lower left-hand corner
Expected result: Preview resolution changes depending on selection
Actual result: Preview resolution stays the same no matter the selection
Reproduced with: 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0b10, 2017.3.0a7
Note: Not reproducible on Windows
