“ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.” when deleting a newly created input action
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open Input System Package settings (Edit > Project Settings > Input System Package)
3. Click the “+” sign next to Actions
4. Add new action
5. Right-click and select “Delete” while it’s still highlighted and the name is not saved
Expected result: No Errors occur
Actual result: Error is present “ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.“
Reproducible with: 1.12.0 (2023.3.0b1, 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0b3)
Not reproducible with: 1.12.0 (2022.3.56f1, 2023.3.0a19)
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
