[LWRP][iOS] VFX Graph with Noise functions is rendered incorrectly on iOS 10 and 11
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project;
2. Open "New Scene";
3. Make sure Graphics API is set to Metal;
4. Build and run the scene on iOS devices.
Results: The scene is rendered incorrectly, seems like only 1 quad is rendered
Reproduced with VFX Graph package versions: 6.7.1, 7.0.0
