How to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Go to "File" ->"Build Profiles"
3. Select "Android" platform item in the list
4. Try to resize the window and observe the "Symbols output options" field

Actual result: The field goes out of the modal. A video is added below in the "Attachments" section.
Expected result: Mentioned field and all others should be adjusted to the window size.

Reproducible with:  2023.3.0b1, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0a19.
