Local/world space inverted when Behavior Graph Set Position node duration is 0 or less
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "IN-125316-REPRO" project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity”
3. Focus on Game view
4. Enter Play mode
5. Observe the result
Actual result: The square repositions itself to the bottom-left
Expected result: The square repositions itself to the top-right
Reproducible with: 1.0.0 (6000.2.15f1), 1.0.13 (6000.0.64f1 (5360b7cd7953), 6000.2.15f1, 6000.3.2f1, 6000.4.0b2, 6000.5.0a3)
Could not test with: 1.0.0 (6000.3.2f1, 6000.4.0b2) (CS0592 compile errors)
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
