"Loading Entity Scene failed because the entity header file couldn't be resolved: guid=beeeb7e98f7ea47a78c32ef798847bea." is thrown when running WebGL Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ECSWeb.zip"
2. Build And Run the project for WebGL
3. Open the Web Console in the browser
Expected results: No errors are thrown
Actual results: "Loading Entity Scene failed because the entity header file couldn't be resolved: guid=beeeb7e98f7ea47a78c32ef798847bea." is thrown
Reproducible with: 1.2.1 (6000.0.3f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

This relevant to released Unity 6 (tested on 6000.0.25f1)
And this is very frustrating, as Unity says about targeting Web platform and improving DOTS. For now it's impossible to use DOTS with SubScenes for WebGL. Last working version is 2022.3.39f1

I meet the same problem on 2023.2.19 when subscene is empty.
Fixed by add a dummy game object (In my case is a Netcode Ghost Authoring Component with no other components).
