Lens Flare effect doesn't render when built on Oculus 2
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Project “BugRepro”
2. Build and Run to an Oculus Quest 2 device
3. Observe the Lens Flare effect
Expected result: Lens flare works in both eyes
Actual result: Lens flare effect works with only one eye
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.3f1, 2023.2.0a23
Reproducible on: Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650

Resolution Note:
We have reviewed this issue carefully, and in this case, this case has been deemed a feature request. Lens Flare is not currently supported on Quest devices.
