IProgress<>.Report() raises infinite callback when a struct with a NaN constant is passed
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. In the top bar menu select Tests > Test Editor
3. Click on the 'Test BAD' button in the Test Editor window
Expected result: Only one callback gets raised, "BAD : Start ...", "BAD : ... END", "ReceiveProgress | value:NaN" messages get logged in the Console
Actual result: Editor becomes unresponsive, an infinite number of callbacks are raised (messages don't get logged in the Console)
Reproducible with: 2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b5
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0a3
Notes:
- The issue doesn't reproduce with the .NET Console Application
- The issue doesn't reproduce when the struct is not used
- The issue is also reproducible when other data types are used instead of float (e.g. double.NaN)
- Callbacks get logged in the Editor.log file
