[iOS][Silicon] ColorMask render target 3 and above does not work correctly when using Multiple Render Target

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “ColorMaskBug2” project
2. Open the Assets/Scenes/SampleScene
3. Observe the Game View

Expected result: GameView display is yellow on the left and pink on the right
Actual result: GameView display is white

Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a18, 6000.0.21f1
Could not test with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.48f1, 2023.3.0a17 (errors in the Console)

Testing environment: macOS 12.7.4 (M1), macOS 14.3.1 (M1), macOS 14.6.1 (M2 Max)
Not reproducible on: macOS 14.6.1 (Intel), Windows 11

Reproducible with these devices:
VLNQA00357 - iPhone 12 Mini (MGE03ET/A), CPU: Apple A14 Bionic, GPU: Apple designed, OS: 14.1
iPhone 16 Pro (by user)

Not reproducible with devices:
VLNQA00334 - Xiaomi Mi A3 (Mi A3), CPU: Snapdragon 665 SM6125, GPU: Adreno 610, OS: 11

Notes:
- Does not reproduce with Android or Windows devices
- Reproduces with silicon Macs, but not with Intel
- ColorMask 0 to 2 work correctly (by user)
