[iOS] App crashes silently on Devices which have 9.3.5 iOS version when trying to read the corrupted "user-data" file

To reproduce:

1. Download attached project "iOS BinaryReader Crash.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Build for iOS
4. Deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device

Expected Results: Observe that System.IO.EndOfStreamException is thrown to the Console
Actual Results: Observe that App crashes Silently and nothing is printed to the Console

Notes:
- This issue does not reproduce on Windows Editor and Standalone, macOS Editor and Standalone, and Android (IL2CPP)
- This issue happens only on Devices which have 9.3.5 iOS version

Tested with:
- iPhone 5C, iOS: 9.3.2 - Not Reproduced
- iPhone 5, iOS: 10.3.3 - Not Reproduced
- iPad Mini 2, iOS: 9.2.1 - Not Reproduced
- iPhone SE, iOS: 10.0.1 - Not Reproduced
- iPad Mini, iOS: 9.3.5 - Reproduced
- iPod Touch 5th Gen, iOS: 9.3.5 - Reproduced

Reproduced on Unity 2017.4.0f1, 2017.4.26f1, 2018.3.14f1, 2018.4.0f1, 2019.1.2f1, 2019.2.0a14 and 2019.3.0a2

  1. Resolution Note:

    It seems iOS 9.3.5 and older have a bug with GPS that prevents internet access from working and all users are urged to upgrade. Based on this info, I think this bug can be closed.
