Inspector allows to select non-callable methods on button onClick() events
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "case 809424 repro" project
2. Open "test" scene
3. Select Canvas>Button object in hierarchy
4. Select onClick() event method: ButtonMethods>MyStaticMethod
5. Play in editor
--This method should print "You've called static method" in the console
Expected: Inspector shouldn't allow to select non-callable method
Actual: Inspector allowed to select non- callable static method
Workaround: Wrap static method into another public void method. Select onClick() event method: ButtonMethods>StaticMethodWrapper()
Reproduced with: 5.4.0b24, 5.3.5p5, 5.2.4f1
