Input System Event System for UI Toolkit input Component's Action names have their last letter cut off
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1339871_Repro" project
2. Open the Scene "SampleScene"
3. In the Hierarchy select the "GameObject"
4. In the Inspector observe the Event System Component's Actions
Expected results: The Action names are full
Actual results: The Action names are missing the last letter
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.9 (2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0b1)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.8 (2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0b1)
Could not test with: 2018.4, 2019.4 because UI Toolkit package was not yet available
