"Initialization Mode" and "Update Mode" drop-downs are not localized in the Custom Render Texture asset
Steps to reproduce:

- Go to "Assets" -> "Create" ->"Rendering" -> "Custom Render Texture"
- Select the asset to view it in the Inspector
- Expand the "Initialization Mode" dropdown and observe the list
- Expand the "Update Mode" dropdown and observe the list
Actual results: Dropdown list items are displayed as code strings - "OnLoad", "OnDemand", and "Realtime"
Expected results: Items should be - "On Load", "On Demand", and "Real time"
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.64f1, 6000.3.2f1, 6000.4.0b2, 6000.5.0a3
