Incorrect Light Rendering in Newly Created High 3D Template Project
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new project using High-definition 3D Template
- On project launch, Observe the Scene and Game Views light rendering

Actual results: No light rendering or Incorrect light rendering
Expected results: Both views lights are rendered correctly

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.40f1, 6000.0.43f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.59f1, 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6, 6000.0.39f1

Notes:
- This is fixed after entering Play mode/Pressing save (i.e Ctrl + S)
- Sometimes it renders correctly after a while but not always
