[IL2CPP] GetOpenFileName returns an empty string in player build
To reproduce:
1) Open the attached project and scene
2) Make sure it is: a) Set to be "Development Build" b) Set to be IL2CPP
3) Build and run it
4) When a prompt shows up, select an image (there's a .png provided in Assets)
Actual: An empty string is printed out in the log
5) Close the player
6) Play in the editor (or change it to Mono and build and run again)
Expected: Location of the .png is printed out
Reproduced in 2018.4.0f1, 2018.4.12f1, 2019.2.0a1, 2020.1.0a11

Resolution Note:
The marshaling behavior of IL2CPP here matches .NET Framework. The file name in the structure returned from the Win32 API call should be used.
