If system time is moved forward and then back, execution stops
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open the scene "BugTime"
3. Play it
4. Change the system time to a few days later
5. Bring focus back to Unity
6. Change the system time to the present day
7. Notice that everything freezes
