[HUB] Android Build Support additional packages are not selected when selecting Android module
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Go to Installs
3. At the top right corner select Install Editor
4. Select to install any Unity version
5. In Add modules window select Android Build Support
6. Observe the selection
Expected result: Android SDK & NDK Tools and OpenJDK are selected
Actual result: Android SDK & NDK Tools and OpenJDK are not selected
Reproducible with: 3.0.0-beta.4
Not reproducible with: 2.4.5
