[HDRP] Reset functionality of Lighting under Debug window doesn't refresh Scene and Game view untill mouse hovers on it
Reset functionality of Lighting under Debug window doesn't refresh Scene and Game view automatically. Mouse needs to be hover on Scene/Game view
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project with HDRP Template
2. Open Window > Render Pipeline > Render Pipeline Debug
3. Select Lighting > Shadow Debug Mode > VisualizePunctualLightAtlas
4. Click on Reset button
Expected Result:
Atlas should be disappeared from the Scene and Game view
Actual Result:
Atlas is not disappearing until the mouse hovers on the Scene or Game view
Reproducible on: 2020.2.0a3, 2020.1.0b2, 2019.3.3f1, 2019.2.12f1, 2019.1.14f1
Package tested with: 8.0.1, 7.1.8, 7.0.1, 6.9.1
Note: In 2018.4.17f1 - There is no Reset Option available in the Debug window
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14
