HDRP Graphics "Adaptive Probe Volumes Options" are missing a documentation link
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Unity project
2. Go to Edit -> Project Settings -> Graphics -> Lighting -> Adaptive Probe Volumes Options
3. Observe the right side of the field
Expected results: There is a "?" sign to open the documentation
Actual results: There is no "?" sign to open the documentation
Reproducible with: 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b13, 6000.2.0a8
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
