[HDRP] GBuffer normal debug modes not working correctly with Virtual Texturing enabled
Versions tested: 10.4, 12.0 (Master)
Steps to reproduce:
1) Clone Graphics repo
2) Open TestProjects\HDRP_RuntimeTests project
3) Open 003-VirtualTexturing scene
4) Go to Render Pipeline Debugger -> Material
5) Enable GBuffer/Normal WS mode
6) Observe that the mode works incorrectly.
All modes that work incorrectly with VT:
- Normal WS
- Normal View Space
- Geometric Normal
- Geometric Normal View Space
