[GraphicsTools] Missing documentation pages on Rendering Debugger and RG Viewer
Steps to reproduce:
- Download and open attached project in Unity
- Open Rendering Debugger >> Window >> Analysis >> Rendering Debugger
- In the Rendering section >> Render Graph >> click on the documentation icon
Observe:
Documentation page will be missing.
Also reproducible with other sections:

Open Render Graph Viewer and click on the documentation icon.
Actual results: Documentation pages are missing.
