Graphics.CopyTexture creates corrupted texture assets when copying compressed texture formats
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Open the "Test" Scene
3. Enter the PlayMode
4. Select four newly created ".asset" files in the Assets folder (Project window), right-click and select "Reimport"
Expected results: four assets are created in the Assets folder containing copies of the textures from the Assets > Textures folder
Actual result: two texture assets ("ColorCompressed" and "NormalCompressed") are corrupted
Reproducible with: 2019.4.25f1, 2020.3.6f1, 2021.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1 - compilation errors prevented from testing
Notes:
- Tested and reproduced using Vulkan, OpenGLCore, OpenGLES3, and Direct3D11 graphics API
- Reimport step (4th) is not always needed, on some Unity versions assets are displayed corrupted as soon as they're created, on others assets appear correct until reimported

Resolution Note:
We are running into design limitations that make it hard to create a clean long term fix for this case.
An overhaul of the Texture area will continue in the future, this should allow to better handle this issue.
User should have an acceptable workaround for their usecase.
