Game Objects are moved to different place when duplicating prefabs
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'Project World - Systems prototype.zip' project
2. Go to Project tab -> 'Scenes' folder and open the 'Sandbox' Scene
3. Expand the 'Environment' Game Object and double click on 'Ludus' prefab to zoom in the objects
4. Select any 'Luxus' Game Object (ex. wall, roof) and press Ctrl + D
5. Double click on duplicated prefab to move on to it
Scenario 2:
1. Add GameObject to the Hierarchy
2. Instantiate a model and add it as a child to added GameObject
3. Change position and rotation of the model instance
4. Make a prefab out of GameObject
5. Duplicate model instance
Expected result: Object is duplicated to the same place as Prefab
Actual result: Object is duplicated to the different place
Reproducible: 2018.3.3f1, 2018.3.10f1, 2019.1.0b8, 2019.2.0a9
Not reproducible: 2018.3.0a6 - 2018.3.2f1, 2019.1.0a1 - 2019.1.0a12
