Exception thrown "Screen position out of view frustum" on dragging sprite from project to scene view
Description
In 2D mode, if the camera is set to orthographic, dragging the sprite from project to scene window throws 'Screen Position out of view frustum' error.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a new project and Import any sprite.
2. Drag and drop the sprite in the scene view.
3. Repeat Step 2.
4. Observe that console throws an error.

Working fine on : Unity 2017.3.0f3, Unity 2017.2.0f3
Reproducible on : 2018.1.0b3, 2018.1.0a7, 2018.1.0a6, 2018.1.0a5, 2018.1.0a4, 2018.1.0a3, 2018.1.0a2, 2018.1.0a1
Environment : Occurs only on Mac
