Error "Screen position out of view frustum" when Scene is zoomed past a certain limit
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an empty project
2. Use mouse's scroll wheel to zoom in as much as possible
Expected: at some point you're unable to zoom in the scene view anymore
Actual: Console is filled with errors:
"Screen position out of view frustum (screen pos 1580.000000, -119.000000) (Camera rect 2 2 1146 553)
UnityEditor.DockArea:OnGUI()"
Reproduced on: 5.4.3p2, 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0a5
Note: issue reproducible on 3D view, but does not occur in 2D view.
