Error "Invalid editor window of type" is logged in the Console when double clicking an Editor Window to fullscreen it
Steps to reproduce:
- Work with the Editor for a long time
- Double click an Editor Window to fullscreen it
- Observe the Console
Actual results: Error "Invalid editor window of type: UnityEditor.ObjectSelector, title: UnityEditor.ObjectSelector" is logged in Console
Expected results: No Errors are logged
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.34f1, 6000.1.0b2
Can’t test with versions: 2022.3.56f1 (Couldn't reproduce this)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
Note : here are repros steps in which I can repro this kind of bugs
- Open preference Search. Select Advanced as the Object Picker. !image-2025-02-26-13-24-05-467.png!
- Select an object in the scene.
- In the Inspector click on a button to pop an Object Selector : !image-2025-02-26-13-25-02-774.png!
- Double click on a tab to maximize a window and you should see the warning in the console.

I can still reproduce this 100% of the time in 6000.2.0b3. See https://discussions.unity.com/t/maximize-hotkey-hits-object-selector/1653368
