Look Dev window flickers when resizing the window after docking it
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Rendering -> Look Dev
3. Dock the window
4. Resize the window and observe the results
Expected results: The part of the window is not flickering
Actual results: The part of the window flickers
Reproducible with: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.6f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a6
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
