Enabled Prefab is disabled after upgrading to Improved Prefabs
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "My565Game.zip" project with Unity 5.6.5p4
2. Select "MyLegacyPrefab" and notice that it is Enabled
3. Instantiate "MyLegacyPrefab" into an Empty Scene, notice it is Enabled
4. Close Unity
5. Open the project in Reproducible Versions
6. Select "MyLegacyPrefab" and click “Open Prefab” in the Inspector, notice "MyLegacyPrefab" is Disabled
8. Instantiate "MyLegacyPrefab" into an Empty Scene, notice it is Disabled
Expected Result: Prefabs stay enabled after upgrade
Actual Result: Prefabs are disabled after upgrade
Reproduced with: 2019.2.0a9, 2019.1.0b8, 2018.3.10f1, 2018.3.0a7, 2018.3.0a6
Did not reproduce on: 2018.3.0a5, 2018.3.0a1, 2017.4.24f1
