dynamic_bitset::test crash when Instantiating objects
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open User-supplied project
2. Open Scene "laboratory"
3. Run the scene
Expected: no crash
Actual: crash
Reproduced in: 2018.3.4f1, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.2.0a4
The root of the problem is infinite recursive call with the object instantiating.
It crashes with "StackOverflow" exception (as we could expect for infinite recursion).

Resolution Note:
The recursive implementation of GenerateChunk in Wold.cs results in a stack overflow. Recent versions of Unity handles this and correctly throws a stack overflow exception. The fix is for the user to reimplement GenerateChunk without recursion.
