[Investigate] Dwell stops working when used to show or hide the screen
How to reproduce:
# Open the attached project "SampleProject2.zip"
# Enter Play Mode
# Gaze at the Button in the Game view
# Wait until the next screen is shown
# Repeat step 3
Expected results: The next screen is shown
Actual results: Dwell stops working
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.12f1
Could not test with: 2023.1.0b9, 2023.2.0a7 (compilation errors in the Console window)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
