Dragged editor Game window locks up when docked
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Select 'Game' window.
3. Try adjusting the size of the game window by dragging the side of the window.
As a result, you cannot do anything with the game window because it's locked. User doesn't use any custom script for his custom layout and with this specific saved layout the issue is reproducible. Setting to default layout doesn't reproduce this issue anymore.
