D3D12 MainLight Shadowmap clear incorrectly when using UWP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "UWP shadow.zip"
2. Build And Run the project for UWP
3. Exit the Player
4. Run the Build with PIX for Windows
5. Take a GPU Capture
6. Open the GPU Capture in PIX
7. Select "FrameTime.GPU>ClearDepthStencilView"
8. Click on "Depth : _MainLightShadowmapTexture_1024x1024_Shadowmap : Depth" in the "OM" window
9. Click "Start Analysis"
Expected results: Shadow map is cleared
Actual results: Parts of the shadow map are not cleared
Reproducible with: 6000.0.29f1, 6000.1.0a6
Could not test with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.53f1 (no RenderGraph)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 23H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
