Custom Editor does not show properties in the Inspector when a script's global variables are updated
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project "1170006.zip"
2. Select the Test GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Open the NullRefObject.cs script
4. Add a new global variable or set a value to a global variable and save the script
5. Return to the Unity Editor and Inspect the NullRefObject Component of the Test GameObject
Expected result: NullRefObject.cs script's properties are shown in the Inspector
Actual result: NullRefObject.cs script's properties are not shown in the Inspector
Reproduced with: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.4f1, 2019.1.11f1, 2019.2.0b10, 2019.3.0a10
Notes:
Reloading the Inspector window will fix the issue.
The Console will throw a NullReferenceException error after step 5.
