Cubemap Hash value changes only when modifying the first face
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached "CubeHash.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Open the "Panorama.png" file in any image editor software
4. Modify the image in any way
5. Focus the Editor in Game View
Expected result: The Cubemap Hash changes whenever the source image is changed in any way
Actual result: The Cubemap Hash changes on initial modification then only changes when modifying the first face (yellow triangle)
Reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a12
