Crash on SendShadowCullingCallbacks when opening specific project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “CrashRepro“
2. If it does not crash, close the project and reopen it
Expected result: The project opens
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a3, 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0b12, 2023.2.0a12
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.24f1, 2022.2.0a2 (Effect module of the asset gets removed)
Reproducible on: Windows 10

I would be nice to note the related/other issue. I'm having a similar problem, seems related to reflectionprobe (planar/cube) vs VR. When disabling these the project does not crash.
