Continous baking is enabled by default in 2D project
Steps tp Reproduce:
1. Create a new project in 2D.
2. Run the scene and observe the baking bar appears with the message "Baking paused in play mode".
Reproducible on : 2018.2.0a8, 2018.1.b13, 2018.1.a7, 2018.1.0a1
Not Reproducible on: 2017.3.0f3
Environment: Occurring only on mac.
