Colors in the Scene view are much darker when using linear color space and having HDR enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open QA-supplied project
2. Load scene "Example"
3. Select "Main Camera" in the Hierarchy window
4. Switch "Allow HDR" to true in the Inspector window
5. Observe Scene view
Expected result: After turning HRD on, colors in the Scene view stay the same
Actual result: After turning HDR on, colors in the Scene view now appear to be much darker
Reproducible with: 2017.1.0p4_993b526d98f5, 2017.1.0p5, 2017.1.1f1
Not reproducible with: 5.5.4p4, 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.0p4_892c0f8d8f8a, 2017.2.0b10, 2017.3.0a7
