Changing the bundle ID in iOS changes it in Android
Whenever you change the bundle identifier in iOS or Android the change is reflected in the other platform. Other changes are bound to platforms, it is expected that
To reproduce:
1) Create empty project
2) Change bundle ID in player settings of either android or iOS
3) Now check other platform build ID, notice that it is the same. Is is expected all platform settings are bound only to selected platform.
