Changing display resolution on Windows standalone deforms full screen player
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and the only scene in it.
2. Build for Windows standalone using default settings.
3. Run the build on full screen.
4. Change the screen resolution (for example form 1920x1080 to 800x600).
5. Go back to full screen build and notice how the application is either stretched or cropped depending on the new resolution.
Expected behavior: Application is updated depending on new resolution while running in full screen.
Actual behavior: Changing display resolution on Windows standalone deforms full screen player.
Reproducible: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.6p3, 5.4.0p2, 5.5.0a6
