ScrollRect stays unresponsive after changing its size to float.PositiveInfinity and then returning it back to a numeric value
How to reproduce it:
1. Open the attached project ("ScrollRectInfinityBug.zip")
2. Load "IssueScene" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe Scroll View in the Game view
Expected result: Scroll View is responsive to mouse events and it is scrollable
Actual result: Scroll View is unresponsive to mouse events
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a8, 2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.3.0a7
Notes:
- After the change the ScrollRect size to float.PositiveInfinity, it is possible to change the size of ScrollRect and it will have an effect, but ScrollRect will be not usable and unresponsive

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
The issue is that our back end has changed and no longer can recover from a infinite size. The change was done to support the TransformDispatchSystem and can not be undone. Unfortunately there is very little we can do.
