Can not press buttons in Play mode when using simulated touch input
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "PROJECTFILE" project
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes/_Menus/Main Menu.unity" scene
4. Select "Simulated Touchscreen" from Input Debugger window
5. Enter the Play mode (make sure simulated touchscreen is being used)
6. Mouse over and try clicking the level select buttons
Expected result: Buttons can be pressed
Actual result: Buttons can not be pressed
Reproducible with: 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b12, 2023.3.0a8
Couldn't test with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.10f1 (Can’t enter Play mode due to Package Console errors)
Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.6 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
